Amelia Gratta

I stepped into my first yoga class in 2005 and I was instantly fascinated. Since then, my passion for yoga has grown exponentially and eventually lead to me completing my 200-hour YTT in 2016 with Nicole Burrill and Tim Keller at Chakra Power Yoga. Yoga has helped me celebrate my challenges and imperfections and find myself in the noise of everyday life. I strive to bring my passion for yoga, along with my love of anatomy and enthusiasm for learning, into each class I teach. I get excited easily and my classes tend to be light-hearted and filled with happy moments of imperfections – just like life! My goal is to help students develop their body awareness and use that to feed their mindfulness through challenging and accessible vinyasa flows.
