This is why I am creating the 4 Week Challenge

  • We will meet 3 days a week via zoom to crush a 30 min. workout between Barre and Yoga. All levels welcome! Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 9:30am. Miss class? It will be recorded.

  • Learn what foods are recommended during this time of year and few recipes to add into your routine. Nourishing Fuel.

  • Simple changes or add on’s to your day to make sure your body is feeling good and thriving.

  • Recorded videos of stretches to do before bed and waking up to help your body always stay in a state of calm.

  • A live coffee chat with me to chat about goals and qusetions about classes and moves. Really anything you want more info on. I’m here.
